Once you submit your order it is sent to our shipping department. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the same business day. After 1:00 p.m. (CST), your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders received by 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Friday will ship out that day. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will ship out the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation the same day which will advise you when your package will ship. If an item is not available to ship immediately you will be advised of its likely delivery time. What shipping options are available? Standard delivery is available through our website, and RUSH orders can be processed through our store. We have selected UPS as our premier delivery service in both the United States and Canada.
